美国力科WaveMaster 8400A XXL彩色示波器的用途:
由电子管放大器、扫描振荡器、阴极射线管等组成。将电压加在电极板上,极板间形成相应的变化电场,使进入这变化电场的电子运动情况相应地随时间变化,***把电子运动的轨迹用荧光屏显示出来。被测信号经过探头和前端放大器以及归一化后转换成ADC可以接受的电压范围,采样保持电路按固定的采样率将信号分割成一个个独立的采样电平,ADC将这些电平转化为数字的采样点,这些数字的采样点保存在采集存储器里送显示和测量分析。
具有带宽、采样率、量化误差、存储深度、通道叠加、插值算法、触发、特别工作模式、显示功能、测量功能、直方图、FFT、抖动追踪和归档功能。
除观测电流的波形外,还可以测定频率、电压强度等。凡可以变为电效应的周期性物理过程都可以用示波器进行观测。
它能把肉眼看不见的电信号变换成看得见的图象,便于人们研究各种电现象的变化过程。利用示波器能观察各种不同信号幅度随时间变化的波形曲线,还可以用它测试各种不同的电量,如电压、电流、频率、相位差、调幅度等。
